TRAPPED: A VR Detective Story (PC)

REEF is a nonprofit that creates immersive, interactive experiences to fight human trafficking. Our first virtual reality title, TRAPPED: A VR Detective Story, allows you to step into the shoes of a detective trying to solve the murder of Lisa, a minor victim of sex trafficking. Travel to Lisa’s apartment to see how she was imprisoned by her boyfriend/pimp Lumpy, and learn how an innocent, normal girl got there from her parent’s bedroom just one year before…

In order to create a product that would raise the maximum amount of awareness and generate the highest level of empathy for victims and survivors, development of TRAPPED has relied a two-prong approach: working with subject matter experts in the field to develop an authoritative script/message, and employing a world class video game development team to create AAA content.
