Hola, tengo el dk2 desde hace dos semanas y no se porqué la mayoría de las demos me crashean en el modo directo, probé con varias versiones del software del oculus, pero siguen crasheando...
Me funcionan unas pocas como: Dont let Go, Tuscany o Affected, pero las demás no.
En modo extendido no pillan el sensor de movimiento.
Cuando abro el programa de configuración que trae el mismo programa, este se cierra repentinamente (Dejó de funcionar).
¡Ayuda por favor!

Con los datos que das es imposible saber nada. Asegúrate de tener windows actualizado y comprueba que el antivirus no estorba la ejecución del driver.

Los actualicé los drivers de la gráfica ayer al formatear el pc, pero por lo visto, si no tengo oculus runtime instalado, la demos funcionan (esta avisa de que no se detecta el oculus).... probé varias versiones del programa del oculus y las dos del firmware del dk2, pero aun así me crashea asta la demo que tiene el mismo programa integrado....

Vamos por partes:

¡Nunca!, ¡jamas!, bajo ninguna circunstancia que no sea una causa de fuerza mayor absoluta se debe tocar el firmware, si se corta la transmisión en ese momento matas al dispositivo, solo debe de usar la versión "que trae de fabrica" a menos que sea el propio fabricante el que indique explícitamente actualizar por "un problema justificado."

Hay que empezar a olvidar las demos, hace 1 año pues si, pero hoy en día hay juegos completos inclusos F2P con soporte ya nativo y son estos en los que hay que centrar la atención para pruebas de rendimiento y primeras experiencias.

¿Has seguido la guía de primeros pasos? El Rumtime del DK1/2 es el driver y es esencial para el funcionamiento del DK2 tanto por cuestiones de comunicación como por tener el perfil de usuario, se instala antes de conectar por primera vez el DK1/2 y es el que hay que ejecutar primero tanto para meter los datos del perfil como para comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del visor, si la prueba del Rumtime no funcionaba tenias que centrarte en ¿por que? no funciona y no en demos.

La versión del Runtime a usar es la última, si se craschea es de suponer que te sale una ventana con un mensaje de error.

Pon todos los datos de tu PC (todos, los datos) a lo mejor alguien del foro sabe por que no funciona al ver las especificaciones.

Windows no puedo actualizarlo....
Instalé la ultima version del software de oculus pero sigue igual... cada vez que ejecuto la prueba del Runtime me sale una ventana con este mensaje:

No tienes el service pack 1 instalado, el cual es necesario para operar desde Win7. Si no me equivoco hay esta tu problema.

Yo me la juego al directx, tienes una libreria antigua, puedes probar a desinstalar e instalar pero las jodidas directx aveces no se desintalan bien y la unica forma es tracear la carga del programa y localizar la dll que esta intentado cargar o el metodo facil que es reinstalar el sistema.

Tambien puedes ir a saco, desinstalar y hacer una busqueda en la carpeta windows todos los d3*dll a ver si queda alguno, borrarlo y probar suerte reinstalando el directx

Hay un programa por ahí para "tracear" la carga de una aplicacion y ver que dll esta cargando pero es un proceso dificil si no tienes cierto conocimientos para detectar esos fallos, si quieres te la busco que ahora no recuerdo el nombre.
