Buenos dias, esta mañana me he levantado y me encuentro este correo del soporte de Oculus, viene a decir que han tenido un error al cagar el saldo restante (ya me cobraron 50$ en su dia), el caso que yo no he cambiado de tarjeta y tengo saldo suficiente, por lo que el correo que me llegó hace unos dias para verificar mis datos y actualizarlos en caso de cambio de tarjeta NO LE DI IMPORTANCIA, ya que incluso Cybereality en los foros indicaba que no teniamos que hacer nada si no habiamos cambiado de tarjeta...... pues nada ya sabia yo que algún error me iba a dar.
He vuelto a poner la misma tarjeta con la que hice la reserva y me cargaron los 50$ y ya me sale en el Order Info "Information has been successfully updated." y me han cargado $ 0.01
Espero que no tenga problemas y se retrase mi pedido por este motivo

This error was due to an issue in our pre-order system. To ensure that your DK2 ships without any delays, we need you to provide updated billing information using the Oculus Order Manager:
When entering your billing information, you can use a credit/debit card or PayPal. If you use a credit/debit card, we will place a small temporary authorization on the card for verification purposes. If you choose to use PayPal, you will be charged the remaining balance on your order immediately per PayPal policy.
It is important that you update your payment details on the Oculus Order Manager as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the shipment of your order.
Please note that you will not lose your place in line due to this issue. If we are unable to collect the funds from your payment method, your order will be placed on hold until the full balance is paid. As soon as we can process the transaction, we will remove the hold and return your original place in line. In the event that we already shipped the batch that your order was assigned to, you will be placed at the front of the line for the next batch.
Please note that your initial $50/unit deposit is unaffected and has already been successfully applied to your order balance.
