It's only an advice, but sometimes is better to record in our mother tongue, for make a better explaining and do more fluently and natural talk. Then add subtitles in english to the video or other languages, but that's my opinion. Of course I'm not trying to criticize you or something.
Again, I hope your team achieve the goal! :)
